Wait..the republicans don't have a message or a plan or a anyone that is remotely close to being able to beat barry....hmmm... i know polls are bs, especially at this point, but it seems that likely voters don't care who the republican is, they will vote for them...kinds like "anyone but barry...." But we keep hearing that barry isn't beatable by the republican party....

2012 Voter Preferences for Obama, "Republican" Remain Close

PRINCETON, NJ -- Forty-four percent of registered voters say they are more likely to vote for "the Republican Party's candidate" and 39% for Barack Obama in the 2012 presidential election, according to Gallup's June update. The current five-percentage-point edge for the generic Republican is not a statistically significant lead, and neither side has held a meaningful lead at any point thus far in 2011.

Wait ... hasn't intrade predicted the outcome of the last few elections ... and don't they say that Obama for what its worth has a 60.4% chance of winning the next election?

polling seems to be a bit off a lot of the time.

Think of it this way Dennis, we are a bunch of old farts hanging around the checker board down at the general store. One of us makes a comment and the others follow up with what they think to reinforce the first comment.

"It looks like it's going to rain today ... "

"yep ... got to get the cows out of the pig pen before they make a mess and sit on a piglet again ... "

"they said it was going to rain yesterday but today is just as good ... got to plow the back forty ..."
