Load out of Williston, ND cancelled yesterday 5 hours after pick time. Load wasn't ready when we arrived and then later switched to needing an "open bed".

Williston to Houston sounds like oilfield stuff needing repair. What was it that needed an open bed that couldn't be loaded or unloaded on a van? Too tall?
