juju, I remember when I had a brain tumor removed. It really messes with your sensors sometimes. Don't be surprised if the young man has a few differences after surgery.Wahhhhhhhhhh...I wake up and you're all at Isis...I wanna go too!

Sitting at a truckstop/casino east of San Diego. wind is blowing like crazy here. Caught the door and blew it open as I was trying to get out. Luckily I wasn't holding onto it otherwise I would have been tossed out :/ Temperature says 39 wind chill of 29, high of 40 and winds between 20&30mph. I thought Socal was supposed to be warm?? Hoping for a load east, but as bad as it sounds wouldn't mind it being until tomorrow due to the wind.
Spent yesterday in the casino and doing laundry. They have nice cushy chairs and couches in their tv room. Food here is GREAT and huge portions. Got Nick to play bingo with me last night. They have a prokotion if you have 10 pointa on your players card you get free bingo. the prize is for free play but it was still fun. I was proud of myself I didn't even yell the f word like last time.
Again thanks everyone for the thoughts and prayers for my aunt. no updates really.
Judy I am glad to hear that the surgery went well. Wishing a speedy recovery.

I pre-soaked the van, and then brushed it down with the soap in the bucket, then rinsed it off, a perfect, non-soapy rinse!And a perfect wash, enjoying the new pressure! Improvise! Adapt!...lol.

I will check the wash bay tomorrow. The soap is in 55 gallon drums. I am guessing one must be empty, but we have 3 more drums sitting there. I am guessing the cleaning people took care of the bathroom but I will double check that as well.
Those Elog's are not my cup of tea, I run for a fleet owner here and I have been here 7mth's and made more money then any other place iv'e worked. they treat you like family here, If I had the resource's I would put a couple of truck's on with John, they go above and beyond more than any other company iv'e been with!!!and their Dispatcher's are top notch couldn't ask for any more than that.Sitting at home, since Thanksgiving. 1 load offer, but another of the type that can't be done running elogs. Oh well.
Wife asked 'why would dispatch call with that, don't they know?'. Reminded her that it can be magically be done, using paper logs, like i used to do, and there are more drivers on paper logs than elogs. So dispatch doesn't need to worry about it.

sitting back at the yard going to get P.M. done in A.M. had a killer week last week 1337 mile's plus 2 layover's.Level 1 inspection passed with flying color's. and ended up with $1675.00 for my wage's...thank's dispatch for the job they do...Less mile's more $$$$$,not bad for driving for a fleetowner.Love it...
Yup that's what I ended up doing. Actually did a pre and post soak lol. The one bin had pretty good soapy water still in it. Came out pretty nice
