Actually, those children aren't "CRIMINAL ALIEN children," they are US citizens, children born here in the US of illegal alien parents.

I happen to agree with you turtle but there is no reason why they can't be deported with their parents or removed from their parents who committed the crime in the first place.

We have an immigration and naturalization policy that gives people a very strong incentive to come here to give birth to their children. We set the parameters, and then get mad at those who want to take advantage of them. It would be like PilotFlyingJ getting mad at vanners for only putting 15 gallons into their tank, when the tank would hold 20 gallons. The incentive is to get 15, not fill it up. I can't blame people for wanting to give their children a better life, especially when we make it possible for them to do so.

yeap those "anchor babies" are legal under the MIS-use of the 14th ammendment....which should be repealed...but the president want to send them to college....

You don't need to repeal the 14th, just define it. It can be defined by the congress, the test would be letting it go through the courts and seeing if it lasts which it may without difficulties. BUT if it doesn't, just define it through the amendment process - then no one can bring it to court.
