The MSM isn't going to talk about that. We as taxpayers are spending billions for programs there and the problems are getting worse. It is clearly a case of showing that throwing money at these issues doesn't work.
After billions spent, you still have the same number of poor, same amount of guns and increased violence.

But....Just as is happening in Chicago.....Americans Killing Americans during a "War" on American Soil.....the vast majority of "Civilian" Deaths in Afghanistan are being cause by Insurgents from their own country, or neighboring countrys,

They are pretty much reduced to reactive policing,meaning responding to calls only. He mentioned that there were too many liability issues with being proactive in preventing these crimes and most officers are too worried about being sued. They aren't allowed to stop and frisk in Chicago like they do in New York.

ou can compare the numbers to anything you want in any way you want...the facts is, it is illegal fo the citizens of Chicago to own guns....So if the majority of the people are law abiding and following the strict gun control laws of the city, who is using the guns and how are they getting them and who is doing the killing and who are they killing??

we are debating something we know nothing about for sure....I'd have to have a breakdown of who is killing who....with Chicago's illegal population....I'd say most are gang related and who cares if they kill each other....just go in at sun up and drag out the bodies and clear the arena....seems that what the cops have done....
