Nooo barry dosen't want to control the people or turn our country into a communist state, he just wants to force the people to do things his way and if you don't you will pay a price......while alot of people knew barry was and socialist and statist, he is proving to be more dangerous then anyone thought...where are his supporters on this board, tell me this is ok with you...

Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) received a handwritten note Thursday from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold confirming the penalty for failing to pay the up to $1,900 fee for not buying health insurance.

Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 penalty, Barthold wrote on JCT letterhead. He signed it "Sincerely, Thomas A. Barthold."

The note was a follow-up to Ensign's questioning at the markup.

Surely NO ONE is surprised by this? The "left" must use force of all kinds to insure their power. Just wait, when they use the "other kind" of force to insure that they arrest those whose choose to fight them. This is going to get VERY ugly. That would be a place for them to start!! There is ALREADY a history of our government sending the military after them!! Besides, 13 million ain't squat to these slugs, Stalin took out 20 million+ !!! I am sure these guys would LOVE to break that record!!!!

yea my bad, they have over 13 million WORLDWide...only about 9 million in the US.... but again, when do the arrest of 'only" the 9 million start......
