I don't see anything wrong with supporting a third party candidate or a write in if they have even a remote possibility of winning. Once you are down to two people, that is pretty much it.
If the third party was any good, they would be in the running. Just didn't happen this go around.
As for Romney and Obama being the same, I'm not seeing that.
Certainly not seeing the "socialist" connection with Romney at this point. If that was the case, Ryan wouldn't have even been considered.

I am no longer going to try to make anyone understand. I have no bones to pick with you, xggi or OVM. I am just fed up. I did not hunt or fish my river for most of my life to defend our Constitution. Now, BOTH candidates would deny me that in my remaining years. BOTH are anti-gun and anti-Constitution. I have no use for either. You are welcome to believe whatever you want. So am I. Romney and Obama are not "people" they are politicians. Disgusting politicians. I stand against them. I really don't care if anyone else does or likes it. I have core beliefs, they will NOT change. Till after the elections. The ONLY reason that they won't take a side on this issue is they are moral cowards. More interested in being reelected and retaining power than preserving the rights of the People.

I don't believe for ONE SECOND that our congress will defund the gun importation ban on 100% of all semi-auto and pump shotguns after the first of the year. IF Romney wants MY vote he will swear, on the Book of Mormon; that his FIRST official act, AFTER SWEARING to uphold the Constitution would be to eliminate the BATFE. THEN and ONLY then will I MAYBE believe him. I don't believe his abortion views either. In other words, I don't believe a word he says.

I get a little annoyed when people are so indignant about something that they feel it is better to make a ridiculous statement just to prove their point that is hypocritical. There are plenty of folks that are not completely happy with the republican candidate for president so they are choosing to write a candidate in or not vote? Surprisingly these are even people that I have come to know as intelligent? We always have to chose the best of choices when presented with them, principled people would even chose the choice that is the best for the greater good! How many people did you date before CHOOSING your spouse from the presented choices, How many cars did you test drive before choosing, how many pairs of shoes did you try before choosing the best pair, maybe not exactly the color you were looking for but they would do the best job of the choices, How many job offers did you turn down before accepting the one that makes the best sense for your business model... Sometimes hippocracy is not so clear...

Swears to eliminate the BATFE

Swears to insure that ALL firearms bans are placed solely on criminals, police departments and governments. To insure that the People have to power over those groups.

Swears to invalidate 100% of ALL federal firearm laws, including the 1968 gun laws and all laws restricting private firearms ownership. To insure that the "Right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed"

Anything less is Obama.

Drops all election laws that allows us only two parties. Returns our federal government back to the 3 powers given them in the constitution. Removes us from the UN. Turns the FED over to the people and opens the books. Deports ALL illegals, and brings our troops home to protect our borders.

THEN, start a REAL investigation of "Fast and Furious"
