you have to admit this guy knows how to work his sheeple....

From Michelle Malkin Site

This evening, at 11:15 p.m., the House of Representatives voted to pass their health insurance reform bill. Despite countless attempts over nearly a century, no chamber of Congress has ever before passed comprehensive health reform. This is history.

But you and millions of your fellow Organizing for America supporters didn’t just witness history tonight — you helped make it. Each “yes” vote was a brave stand, backed up by countless hours of knocking on doors, outreach in town halls and town squares, millions of signatures, and hundreds of thousands of calls. You stood up. You spoke up. And you were heard.

So this is a night to celebrate — but not to rest. Those who voted for reform deserve our thanks, and the next phase of this fight has already begun.

The final Senate bill hasn’t even been released yet, but the insurance companies are already pressing hard for a filibuster to bury it. OFA has built a massive neighborhood-by-neighborhood operation to bring people’s voices to Congress, and tonight we saw the results. But the coming days will put our efforts to the ultimate test. Winning will require each of us to give everything we can, starting right now.

Please donate $5 or whatever you can afford so we can finish this fight.

Tonight’s vote brought every American closer to the secure, affordable care we need. But it was also a watershed moment in how change is made.

Even after last year’s election, many insider lobbyists and partisan operatives really thought that the old formula of scare tactics, D.C. back-scratching and special-interest money would still be enough to block any idea they didn’t like. Now, they’re desperate. Because, tonight, you made it crystal clear: the old rules are changing — and the people will not be ignored.

In the final phases of last year’s election, I often reminded folks, “Don’t think for a minute that power concedes without a fight,” and it’s especially true today. But that’s okay — we’re not afraid of a fight. And as you continue to prove, when all of us work together, we have what it takes to win.

Please donate to OFA’s campaign to win this fight and ensure that real health reform reaches my desk by the end of this year:

Let’s keep making history,

Nah... what made this happen was the unions of America and the organizations which represent people. For all you pro-union people, especially the UAW people, you will have to take the public option when it comes available because this was what the fight was all about. For years they wanted to see shifting responsiblity from the company to the government in order for the high wage/low productivity people to get higher wages and work less. A company like GM has been complaining for year about "legacy costs" so there you go, you are going to go from the best system you could ever have to standing in line at a clinic to see a med student to find out why you are sick, which more likely than not you will get some meds and then sent home.

I am going to create a website thanking seniors for their contributions to my new health care program. I can assure them that in a few years they will see cuts in their health care to pay for mine and I will not feel sorry for them at all. Because when I reach my retirement age of 75, I will either be in the ground from working my self to death to pay the taxes I owe or I will be in the best of health because of the advantages I will have in the next 10 years to get straightened up.

Don't count on that Greg, the days of the "60" are coming. I will be 59 soon, I have BIG rear view mirrors watching for the ENFORCERS of the "60" they are close behind.

Count on which part? The getting better or dying or the part about the seniors getting screwed?

See Layout you got to think of it this way;

For the longest time the biggest voting block has been seniors, no one else has the time or the money to do some of the things they could do.

OK got that?

Now here comes the other large party of voters, the young and ignorant, they neither have the time or the money but they have the energy to fight. The dems for the last 18 years have targeted them as the group to focus on to vote, using all kinds of things to convince them "free health care" and "jobs through government programs actually is the only way to go" - "you don't want to start at the bottom with your FILL IN THE BLANK degree, do you?" is one way of convincing the fools that the Dems have the answer and one reason why I think it was a mistake for 18 year olds to be allowed to vote - they can't think for themselves.

Well ok now the comparison is there, here is what I see;

The dems could care less about the seniors, they are limited in time and pose less of a threat to the "agenda" then any group. The dems feel from what I am seeing that they can sell the goods to the younger voters, keep that voting block large by 'get out the vote' campaigns through groups like ACORN which all comes down to keeping them in power in different ways.

WE are saying exactly the same thing, I was just smarting off. Today's young have little pride or drive. They are content to suck of the tit of the government. No better than those "PopCorn" ducks at the park at the foot of Southfield RD in Ecorse where it meets the River. Guess which ducks are the first shot on openning day? Those ducks are SO fat and SO lazy they can barely fly. Easy pickins. We used to set up for them on first day. Limited out in a hour.

I will, however, be hunting with John Dingell's Chief of Staff later this month. I may, for the first time ever, give that putz a piece of my mind while out on the river. I have tried very hard NOT to mix hunting an politics, but now my very life and freedom is threatend by this bill. May all that voted for this rot in heck with their baby killing commards.
