Yes you can, you will need to download and install the driver on your computer. Its called docketscann II. I was able to google it when the units first came out. Sorry I do not have the link.
Once scanned you can E-mail your B.O.L. to Rene but explain to her your having QC issues and be sure to let Steve Briggs and Matt in the shop know.
There's USB ports on the back of the QC too.
I gave up on the QC scanning. I downloaded the driv er from Docketport..I scan the BOL to my computer, saving it under the PRO number..then asap go online to Fleetvision, and submit it under the missing paperwork link

I have a brand new every thing... Matt told me Qualcomm finally admitted there's a software issue. They recommend plugging it directly into the black box..but I like having it available for the laptop, plus I autosave a copy of everything.

My qc unit started doing that today too. Are you saying the usb connection has to do with it, or separate issues?

So how are the new high tech ceiling fans working? Better than scanning?

Not sure but my USB port is all messed up. It worked fine yesterday started going crazy this morning. I really can't confirm if that's the cause. Guy at the shop told me to unplug the power from the black box for 15 minutes and it resets everything might work for you but didn't for me. Going in the morning to swap it out and see what they say
My USB cable stays plugged into the black box. I plug the other end of the cable into the scanner when I need it, and then put the scanner back into it's canvas carrying case when I'm done. Never had a problem with the scanner or the QC. Will be a year on the 24th.

Working well but we haven't had the extreme heat since installation.

Yup, scanner always in case and USB plug tucked into case to protect it.
Other than me this morning did anyone know or report that the wash bay was broke. No pressure on the power washer and the switch for the presoak left on and its not working. I sure wish whomever it broke on would have either reported it or Atleast put up a sign that it doesn't work. Would save some trouble if you new it didnt work before pulling in. And on another note, LEARN TO TAKE CARE OF WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR US. Sorry for the rant but it just o/o's me when I see no more appreciation than what it appears by some.
