Has anyone ever hear of an Organization called www.network1776.org ??

I went to it this Morning and found some Information that Disturbed me Quite a-Bit!! Maybe if someone else went to it they could tell me if this is all Bull Crap or Not!

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the People."


Lets assume that Congress passes a Bill (legally) that may not be suitable to the current lifestyle in your State. Keeping in mind this is a Bill made into law and not a Constitutional law or power, your State has the Option to adhere to this new law. If We the People of any U.S. State do not approve of or wish to circum to this, through proper State Legislation, your State does not have to. Americans are led to believe that Federal Law supersedes all State Law. This is not true! In fact, if its not in the Constitution, prohibiting or allowing, then it's up to the State, or the People to decide if they want to ignore or enforce it.

Take Gay Marriage for Example. If the Federal Government passes a law prohibiting gay marriage, and your State has no law prohibiting gay marriage, and the People of your State wish to allow gay marriage, then your State can allow gay marriage.

We the People need to communicate with our Governments' leaders so they can make more appropriate decisions and vote according to how the majority of the People truly feel. A silent majority will never get what they want because the never tell anyone. This leaves our Politicians to make decisions based on loud minority instead of the true majority. We have to speak out and stop this Drive to Disaster! Educate your self on the issues, write your politicians, and vote according to what you believe in, not what you're told.

The problem we have with this slimy Federal Government is the little "games" that they play to get around the Constitution.

Example: The Feds wanted .08 for a person to be legally drunk. First off, that is not a legal function of the Feds, so, to get around the Constitution they use blackmail. They just said that any State that does not lower the limit would lose their share of Federal highway funds. The Feds are hell bent on a path to destroy the Constitution and take over the country and will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.

Our only hope is the courts. This is an unconstitutional bill. We can only pray that the courts do the job as they should.

See all of that is all good and well, but the powers at the federal level are not handed to them by God or the states but by the people and it is the people who allowed all of this to happen.

UNTIL people wake up and think what's happening, then it is not going to change.

Like health care, I p*ssed a lot of people off when I posted my comment on a senior blog thanking seniors for their support on the health care measure, telling them that because they are now destined to die sooner than later, there will be a savings for the system and for me. I posted it because of the stupidity of the blog entry making the claim that we need this reform and the federal government is the only one who cares about seniors. I wanted to get a reaction so I can (and did) explain that it is the people who handed the feds this power, and it is not the insurance companies or anyone else to blame for any problems that have been happening in health care but government involvement.

It's not hard to find disturbing information on the Internet.

That site is particularly disturbing because it's run by people who think Swine Flue and Mexican earthquakes were orchestrated by Obama as a distraction. And people read it, and believe it.
