WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. - Call it Freedom of Speech. A billboard recently erected in Wheat Ridge compares President Barack Obama to a terrorist and questions his U.S. citizenship.

The billboard, located at 4855 Miller Road, shows two cartoonish images of Obama wearing a Muslim turban and reads "PRESIDENT or JIHAD?"

What change? Just MORE of the same old left wing garbage that has been dragging this country down for AT LEAST 70 years. All King Putz 1st was speed up the decline. CHANGE would be a congress and President who believe in freedom, our Constitution, and small government.

If I had the money to spend there would be hundreds of billboards around the country in key places about Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Rangell and many others. Domestic enemies all.

thanks to the economy, $500 a month for many road side boards, 600 for the graphics, two months required in many places - just got a quote,

LOL!!! Thank you for getting that quote Greg. After I hit the lottery and have more money then brains I might rent a couple!!:p

That is after I buy a square mile or two of unbroken land, get a second house on the Detroit River or Lake Erie with a dock that does NOT lose water when the winds blows the Lake out. I also have to get 10 or so new guns. Plenty of ammunition and a new hunting knife. 2-3-4 new boats too!! LOL!! :D

THEN the billboards!!

Yes, that is EXACTLY what I would be doing. A lodge for combat wounded vets to get them out of the hospital for a bit.

My nephew, combat vet himself, is in the process of forming a non-profit to do exactly that. We are going to be bringing in long term treatment patients to Michigan for fishing trips and MAYBE a layout shoot if they can handle it. More on this as it developes.

That sounds Like a Great Idea Layout! It would help to show them that someone Does Care about them Because The Present Government sure as Hell Doesn't

As strange as it may seem there is ONE full time military employee that runs trips for the long term wounded. Most of his trips go out west for elk and mule deer. My nephew has been in touch with him to get help setting up the Michigan trips. We have been in touch with the Michigan DNR and we may be getting some help from them. We hope to run our first trip in May for walleye on Lake Erie.

The people that we are talking about are missing a limb or limbs and are looking at 2 to 5 year stays at Walter Reed. There are also many with severe head injuries.

Other than the logistics of getting them here the biggest problem will be getting some of them in and out of the boats. The Vets travel with one "handler" per vet, most are RNs.

It seems that my job in this operation will be to arrange for bus transport from the airport to the motels and the docks.

It would be hard for me to do more while running this business but that I can handle from the road. My nephew and his hunting partner will be handling the rest of the details. I will also help find charter boats, I know a few local captains.

No, through Walter Reed. I am not sure what the name of my nephew's group will be.

The one BIG problem is that it appears that my nephew and his buddy will be getting deployed for the second time. I don't know what will happen with this if he does. I am not able to handle it by myself. This business does NOT allow enough time for that.

Now, IF we hit that lottery..............

I Have a 28 Foot newflite!! I would be Happy to Help Out Every Once in a while! The only problem is that it has a Small Deck and could Only Accompany maybe 4 People for Fishing on it!! However I am Not that Great getting around on the Lake as I Just got it Last July But I Can Get it Out to where it needs to be for Fishing!! I Have it in Inside Storage right now cuz I want to Sand it down and Re-Paint it....If you want to Look at it to see if it will work Then P.M. Me as it's On the Ohio/Mich. Line!! :D

Thanks for the offer PoorBoy!! The Dept. of Defense requires that ALL fishing boats be operated by Coast Guard licensed captains. If you fit that bill I will get in touch to check out the boat. Thanks again.

Let me know if you get a license. I could use another captain or two on my list to help. Thank you SO much!!

The captain thing MIGHT be a problem with the layout hunt. We are looking into that one.

NOTHING is easy these days.
