I didn't know he signed an exec order, I thought that was done through the court with a Clinton appointee who banned weapons from the park until an environmental impact study was done. To me it is clear, the environmental impact study is in effect used to circumvent the 2nd amendment, which in turn was reinforced by a recent supreme court decision. Maybe like other things, this judge should be up for review and possibly impeachment by the congress who actaully passed the law allowing this in the first place.
It is like the class action suit moving forward over AIG and the different state pensions. The state of Michigan is suing AIG over the idea that they misrepresented the risk of the investments that they made. The state dumped money into funds run by AIG that have lost money but didn't go insolvent. The case is frivolous for a number of reasons and the judge who allows it to go forward should be impeached. The problem is two fold; 1 - the state knew the risk of any investment made for any pension fund, there is an always a risk of loses incurred when investing. 2 - according to the senate, We the People OWN AIG so the state is essentially suing us, I want to know why isn't the senators screaming about this and stopping it? The impact to AIG, I mean the stock holders - US the People - is far greater than the $175M that they handed out in bonuses. I think this is another way to cash in on the bailout funds.
