My 2 cents: Try Hours is not a bad company. I spent a minute there. Their niche is about a 150 mile radius of Toledo. If that works for you you'll do O.K. Their rates are actually pretty good. If you get outside that 150 mile radius, expect to deadhead back or take a very low rate to get back...

Good loads within about 100 mile radius of Toledo, spotty outside of that circle. lots of short loads that pay alright for what they are. If you are happy running regionally, they're O.K. If you are looking for something bigger, look elsewhere...Nice people though.
