I'd take it to a dealer, for one. I'd ask for a printout of everything saved in the ECU. Then if there are tests they can do on injectors/turbo/whatever, you can ask for those results. I work on Hinos. I can go into the various ECUs and compile a big report showing all of the ECU...

All the advice I can offer you at the moment is to buy clean fuel,keep it clean, don't be afraid to change fuel filters on an abbreviated schedule, have the valves adjusted by someone who knows what they're doing, and have the fuel injectors evaluated. Replace any that are marginal.
