Well, all carriers are short on trucks if you have 1/3 of their fleet out of service everyday. This is part of the business, if you don't want your carrier to add alot of trucks stay in service more.

People who know me know I'm all about rewarding the drivers that do a great job. I have tried many things over the years to reward our drivers. No matter what you do someone finds fault with it.

How many people get their Oil changed at the TA or Petro when your out on the road away from home? If you don't can you say why? Do they have your fuel and oil filters in stock?

Having 7 trucks with 6 of them having CAT Motors I have never had any problems with CAT. I would get it out of Freightliner and get it to a CAT dealer. For a truck that don't have that many miles on it you would think this wouldn't be a problem.

It's nice isn't it Steve. I had a truck on with Tri-State back in 95-96 and they was a really good company to run for. Panther and Tri-state don't control you like other carriers do. I'm glad your happy and its all working out for you.

I think your way off on saying it was Panther. 1st off the phone calls are recorded. 2nd The people in safety are really tuff and they wouldn't ask that, I know this for a fact. 3rd Panther wouldn't put a single driver on a load like this unless the driver can log a break or take a break.
