What is your bottom RPM you will run for.

I would agree with you Dave. Our deadhead has went down 50% or more from our old carrier. My dry box trucks are doing just as much as our CR units did at our old carrier. With almost 17 years in the business this will be our best year EVER. Panther has kept us busy for the most part that we have...

just for the record BY WOMBAT

I must say Wombat(Pete) is a very good driver and does take very good care of a truck. Pete started out in Expediting as my co driver about 11 years ago. There is not to many drivers I can go back in the sleeper and fall asleep without thinking he is going to get into a accident. Glad your...

What is your bottom RPM you will run for.

Nope, just seeing a lot of people talking about getting low ball offers. I'm not trying to bash any company. I never said a carriers name. Because I'm not talking about any carrier. I was just wanting to know. A few years ago everyone said they wouldn't do loads that paid less than a $1.00 a...

What is your bottom RPM you will run for.

I was going to say the same thing Dave. Phil if you came over to Panther your base would be $1.65 per mile with .05 when you do a T-val load plus 100% of the FSC which is .32 to .44 per mile plus refer fsc. Your are already DOD I think. Your truck would do very well at Panther to be honest Phil...

What is your bottom RPM you will run for.

Dave I know you wouldn't run a load like this. You would say add a $1.00 more per mile then we can talk. Our Fleet don't run for less than $1.30 per mile plus fsc.

What is your bottom RPM you will run for.

Then why in the world would people stay at a company that is offering drivers loads like this or and less per mile. And no it's not Panther.

What is your bottom RPM you will run for.

On any of my post's you can talk about what ever you want. It's all in good fun. now back to what I asked. Lets say you just came back in service in a C or D unit and your at home now. Your carrier calls you up and offers a load 500 miles for .90 per mile. Whould you take it?

    insanity finding a good driver

Running a two household team in a van you won't make it. Most drivers are not going to stay out on the road for $450.00 a week.

What is your bottom RPM you will run for.

I was just wanting to know what some people's bottom rate per mile you will run for? How do come up with it? Is it based on loaded or all miles?

    panther gripe

Panther is a good company for us. We are very happy with them and our drivers like it better than our old carrier. We have been with the over two years now and our fleet has went from four trucks to nine.

Well, it sounds like you guys are all doing well at Load One LLC. I met a few of you at the Load One booth at the Expo this year. Glad OVM made over to Load One. We hope to put a unit on in the coming months or a local truck out of Medina, Ohio if John is okay with that. Me and my wife heath is...

Why are you on Quick Pay? They take 3% out of your settlement for Quick Pay. I would go to the normal pay then you don't have these problems.

Another reason to stop using Pilot?flyin J

We set it up to where our drivers can just scan their paperwork from our office. Some can do it from the truck too.

Sounds to me that states with no money are going after drivers to get some.
