Phil, I believe you are saying, that you are being compensated, for what ever the load requires when you accept the load? If I remember correctly, with FDCC, doesn't break out extra "pays" for a load, it's a straight amount and the driver figures out if it is profitable or not. Is this correct?

Streakin, are the normal bags that the engines are wrapped in padded or is it like the thick plastic that they place on boats for hauling?

Where to where? Elite? General? These figure into whether or not the load is accepted by us or not. If it's a general load probably not, but if it's a government load then probably, and if it's a reefer load probably.
