Didn't have Fox on at that time. The question was being asked by reporters at WMC news in Memphis. They have been having flash mobs recently at several stores in the inner city. They were comparing these kids to the riots in Baltimore.

This stuff will continue or get worse until police get a grip on how they arrest people. I don't know all the facts, but the cops screwed up big time on that arrest.
