Delivery time starts from the moment you are LOADED, (at most places), so the loading time should not be a factor on the delivery. As others, I make it plain, and simple, to the agent, (dispatcher), when loaded I will do my best and update them as time goes by.

Without air, the engine over works. You might check your air filters and air-to-air, (if there is one on the unit). Altitude changes nothing except oxogen concentration. If it isn't breathing, it will over heat.
