Now David hold on there....I do care...it does matter. There are weeks the national average does not change or very little and hence the FSC stays the same... I've heard other O/O's say on some loads they only get .08/ mile and as high as .45 in rare cases. In my case at E-1 the FSC pays 100%...

Ok ..let me put it another way...the policy is "no older then 5 years" BUT policys can change on a whim......and you prolly know someone that got on with them.
