How cold and how long sittiing? Mine wouldn't start BUT it sat for 2 days in about MINUS 30 and I had glow plug problem...I put an electric blanket and heating pad around injector system on the top of engine and a propane heater underneath and wrapped the nose in moving blankets for about 4-5...
