Holy crap...your decision or the installer?...... sounds like they were trying to create a genset completely independent from the main engine, which is a good thing, but the AGMs should also charge off the genset as well.....should be a way to charge off either system with a flip of a switch...

That is fine that way...BUT you shouldn't be posting "stuck" with an angry face, our dispatch reads here.....to be fair..if you are going with "stuck here" you should do as some do "got one"..it gives balance..just saying....
