Ok..example...a fleet owner....my thinking is...the fleet owner gets the $250 because he pays the bills towards upkeep and the drivers get say 5,000 points as he/she is responsible to inform owner of such repairs and keeps the truck clean and respectable....

No one has a vested interest in making CVing harder to get into...no carrier/recruiter/load boards....they want a constant supply to load up every truckstop... a fact that will probably never change...something we have to accept...

Actually it did work, BUT recruiters were real quick to get the van count up....had about 3-4 months of real good earnings...
