I have all power adjustments. My seats are from a 2011 Volvo S80. Couldn't pass up the deal $200 for both at junk yard with only 30k when installed. Everyone I talk to say the 08 and up Sprinter is more comfortable and quieter and more "car like". Not sure if they changed much in 14. I do like...

Well the problem is I need to knock the partition wall back a few inches and also elevate the seat up one inch so I can use the power to adjust it to liking. The VOLVO seats are way better then stock. Not complaining just trying to put more emphasis on comfort after seeing the bose ride seat...

Anybody have the Bose Ride System II?

Just saw a video and I was impressed, I hear they cost $6000! I honestly don't think I can take anymore long hauls until I change my seats :D We need to start a group buy on here soon looks like the prices gets cut in half with larger quantities. "Volvo versions of the Bose Ride system II...

Mine will have 208k tomorrow, pretty much all highway since purchased with 143k... I feel like parking it until they develop a bose ride or decent air ride seat for it. The 2011 volvo automotive seats I have in it now are beating me up. All the seat technology usually skips the older sprinter...

Sorry to hear of your troubles how many miles are on your van? I may have to dump mine before it hits 250. If you are in LA (Sprinter Expert) or Toledo (Wayne Rodd) you are in good Sprinter hands :D

Now we're talking some serious expedite solo team runs :) Fuel economy 15 MPG engine life span cut in half. Oil consumption ouch. Keep my cruise dialed in at 70 pretty much all the time. If I get in a newer one I'm going to change that habit to 75 mph.

    Green diesel Sprinter tune

You save fuel and also get cleaner shifts and more power for climbing mountains. Don't ask me why I haven't done it yet??? A) Because its expensive and B) Because if I plan on staying in the shipping game I need to upgrade to a 2014-18 Sprinter (with upgraded suspension seats) or a...

    More Expediters Coming

I've seen drivers still broke after a year of expediting. Frugality is the key when getting started, low operational cost.

Getting our own customers - where do I begin?

This is America give him the chance to go out there and build his own business and sink his own ship if thats how it turns out, don't discourage him for the sake of making your wallet fatter. Its like everyone on here wants to steer people away because they're worried it will cut into their...

Have rates really dropped all that much?

We definitely need more people speaking their minds on here you seem to be one of them. Some only speak out for whats best for their wallet. There doesn't really seem to be a perfect carrier out there. Gotta keep searching. Spent 3.5 years at Panther, started out at .97-$1 per mile, wouldn't...

Have rates really dropped all that much?

Nothing ever came easy in this industry gotta grind including the 900 -220 deadhead miles this week, gotta get those ratings up and build reviews and clients start to trust your services. Takes a good communication ability. Don't try doing it on the east coast running from NY to Miami, those...

    Millhouse logistics

Bolt has some of the lowest fees in industry but they want the newer vans, spoke with a recruiter recently. I'm less concerned about start up fees, weekly fees are more to be concerned about because those are the ones you deal with long term! :confused2:
