I think it uses 13' 6" as a height, but don't count on that always being right either. Nothing is foolproof.

You need to get HAZMAT right away. Explosives is a different thing. There is just far too much HAZMAT work out there and many carriers require you to have it. Besides, why worry? You can only blow up once!! :D
