Thanks Moot:) Roberts Express/FedEx has always been a great company. I just wanted to do some different things that I couldn't do at FedEx that our drivers can now do with Panther. It's no knock to FedEx, our drivers wanted to move to Panther.

Going to Panther, we live in Seville, Ohio where Panthers home office is. Just time to move on. The choice was made last week. I will still manage a few trucks at FedEx, but it was time to try something new thats all.

After being with Robert's Express/ FedEx Custom Critical since 1995 it's time to move on. I would like to say thanks to all the people at FedEx Custom Critical that we worked with over the years. I wish all the drivers and staff at FedEx the best. Keep up the great work.

Phil Use some GoJo it works wonders on markings and will remove it without messing up your paint job. I have had to use it many times. Sorry to hear about your truck.

United Truck Stop in Cleveland down in the flats has my vote. The smell from the water treatment plant will make you sick. On another note the best Truck Stop I have every been to is north of Fargo ND. The showers was nice, big and clean.

This is nothing new, There have been a few trucks leased on to FedEx Custom Critical/Roberts Express White Glove Div. I would always see the truck at the Flying J in 1999.

If this system is in test mode then why do all the refusals show up in the truck stats.

Well, being with Roberts Express/Fedex Custom Critical since in 1995. I would say stay where your at. My wife has 4 trucks with FedEx and I manage 3 other trucks for another owner. We are not happy with Fedex, so yes we maybe leaving it depends if Fedex can fix the new system they are rolling...

Dave (Bruno) if you haven’t already done so, I think you should express your opinion to a company representative and see what they have to say. I had a problem in the early stages of the new system. I wrote an email and the problem was fixed quickly and I got a phone call within a few hours...

I would agree 100%, because there is to many companies that will try to take contractors away because of this and use it as a sales point to get someone signed on with them. I can hear it now. " We have live Dispatcher's not a computer to offer you loads, With us at ABC company your business...
