I would agree with you Dave 100%. You tried to get be back home from LA and they wouldn't let me do any of the 8 loads you found for me Dave when I was out west. I had to DEADHEAD 2300 MILES HOME from LA.

What Greg said was the truth, FedEx will not let you do back hauls unless they don't have a need for you. The ER unit I manage that is STILL on With FedEx Custom Critical tried to do a back haul loads many times and was told no 8 out of 10 times. After moving to Panther our trucks are staying...

I would report this to Irwin. The rules are put into place for a reason and not to be broken. If we lost doing these loads because of this, it will be a lost of money not only to Panther but to all the trucks that do the loads. Think about it.

I would say yes, it has been a good move for us so far. The load our one truck is on is paying .56 a miles FSC.

Yea I think I'm going to Paint it another color since its not on with FedEx anymore. It's a neat truck. I have a picture of Mark Martin's #6 Nascar parked in front of it. Did alot of cool loads for FedEx in that truck. Now it's going to Panther with the other 6 trucks.

Yea we was without power for 5 hours last night. I called Ohio Edison and they said they had 400,000 people wihout power and some may wait up to 3 days to get their power back on.

You should have no problem getting a good load on your birthday. I always got good loads away from my home. Now getting back home is another story.

Thanks Iceroadtrucker. My father loved driving truck and died getting out of his D-unit Dec 31, 2001. I never understood why he loved it so much until I started driving over the road in 1995. This job is not for everyone, but when you get it in your blood it hard to stay away.
