You are right on AL. Seems like they go on a blitz every now and then and go after vans. This may come to pass in NY as well. Usually it starts with a few states and then a bunch follow. Especially when there is revenue involved.

PC Miler I think currently has over ten versions according to Panther. The other one they use is Rand McNally. While better than HHG, the routing can be off because it doesn't always use truck routes. When we compare using our computer and odometer readings, PC miler is always the closest.
