Coco, I understand your intent, but think it's "mission impossible". First, because one person's cheap freight is another's acceptable offer, and second, even those who wouldn't normally accept 'cheap freight' may be forced to in some circumstances (ie: getting home). That's the 800 lb gorilla...

If I thought a newbie could write and sell a guide to expediting that is accurate, comprehensive, and worth the price, I'd have written one myself a couple years ago - but I don't think I have the necessary expertise with 5 years behind me. That's all I'm saying.
