I'm no legal scholar, but isn't a prerequisite for a class action lawsuit that the members demonstrate actual harm done, not just their belief that it will be done? Seems an injunction is what's used to prevent something from proceeding, not a class action. Comments from anyone who knows?

No doubt Layoushooter agrees, but I do not. I thought the original proposal [whatever the pretext, or subtext, whatever] was intriguing - how about trying it? Would be a much wider audience online than in person, at least.

Roy: the answer you seek is one that no one here has - you'll just have to find out through experience. Odds are you will make much more [most weeks], but it's not reliable. Some weeks find you in the wrong place, or what was the right place last month, but isn't now, or the truck needs repair...

Can't meditate while driving, and absolutely hate green tea! But I like Sun Chips, and they're not too awfully unhealthy, so that's what I do when I'm hungry, or just think I am. I find a really good audiobook nearly eliminates the boredom, though.
