Coffee and coke are in the caffeine family...but mint tea isn't..and lordy Moot...I need the coffee in the morning! :D

And I'm drinking a lot this morning as I'm doing yard work and I'm hot and can taste the sweat on my lips...2 coffees, 2 big mugs of ice tea and am now sipping on a diet coke. oh yeah..I'm hydrating! :)

I use Awesome on the kitchen stove and boy does it cut through the grease!

I've had the good old sun tea jar sitting on the deck every day for the last couple of weeks..really takes down the intake of diet coke and it's a lot more refreshing when I'm gardening or mowing.

HEART ATTACKS AND WATER ! How many folks do you know who say they don't want to drink anything before going to bed because they'll have to get up during the nig...ht. Heart Attack and Water - I never knew all of this ! Interesting....... Something else I didn't know ... I asked my Doctor why...

Man it's hot..just got inside from hanging the laundry on the line so I wouldn't have to start the dryer. This mint sun tea is sure going to be refreshing...and making tons of ice!

Or undersalt it now and add more later? Just did a garden check..tomatoes are about 3" around, cukes, squash and canteloupe are all flowering and got baby cukes too. Just put a product called Deer Scram around the garden to keep that bugger out..and was just informed by a Master Gardener down...

This is the first time I'll be making it so am making a note to myself...easy on the salt. I think the recipe called for half a cup. Do you remember how much you put in?
