Panther isn't that bad on this unless a dispatcher forgets to pull you off a load that you refused. It does happen but not that often. Even with that issue, it is much prefered over constantly responding to loads that you likely will never run.

That is the million dollar question. Seems that the computer could pull it from the truck automatically say after five minutes after the refusal is sent. That would eliminate the call. Ah....it seems so simple yet so far away. :cool:

If the governor works when it is above freezing, then it could be a couple of things that the cold is effecting. Easy to fix. Get the air down to zero and remove the primary line on the compressor. Pour some air line anti freeze (half pint) in to air line and reattach. Start truck as normal...

I've never heard of a government doing something that was "practical".

That would be my take. If we are going to go down the road to clean air, and do it efficiently, my guess would be natural gas as it is cheap and some of the infrastructure is already in place.

We sure have, and in doing so, created another industry that was never needed in the first place. Nothing to do with clean air. If that was the case, we would have switched to propane or natural gas years ago. This is about money plain and simple. Just follow the money and that tells you why...

Most of Carb is based on global warming or climate change for the politically correct. For all the research for it, there is as much that disproves it. The green energy crusade is its own worse enemy. You won't see that kind of European diesel until they can install a refinery for it. Guess...

The problem is you are not getting the necessary information from the proper source. I talked today with where that decision would orginate. You are talking to a driver that is providing limited unverifiable information. That is your difference.

If someone isn't allowed back, there is a reason. It is likely these driver(s) know why.

Certainly isn't common sense. They wonder why they are broke when they spend that kind of time on being the food police, lighters, guns, and the list goes on.
