I'm not all Obama but I am not seeing him with a motive to kill people in the military that he controls anyways.

That day is coming. When the ability to borrow starts to become difficult, that problem will start to show up. We are currently at 16T in debt and still spending like crazy.

I am probably a little more optimistic. The Republican party needs some transformation because of changing demographics but I would say down but not necessarily out. Obama didn't win by a large margin. Many states the Republicans didn't do that bad considering they had Romney. Have to remember...

If Obama just goes and uses executive powers for the debt ceiling and gun control, kind of pointless to have a Congress. At that point we mind as well shut them down if he is going to do what he wants anyway. Next round of executive power coming from Obama will likely be for additional tax...
