Hard to make a assessment as the age of the child is not mentioned. They show a picture, but my guess is that likely does not represent the actual child.

I think the issue should be addressed, but in a different way. If using your examples, it too quickly puts it in a place of, "maybe we should get rid of automobiles because some people die driving them". Very factual but doesn't actually address the proper resolution.

I did indicate that there were some failures. As previously mentioned, the issue needs to be addressed with how the cases are prosecuted. That is much different than abolishing the death penalty.

That is why they have a automatic appeals process for someone facing the death penalty. Most of the time it works, but there are exceptions where it has failed.

There are better deals out there. May want to shop that a bit.

I think from a religious prospective, many look at the taking of a life as a wrong regardless of the reasons. It would then be logical for some to compare them.

Too hard to tell without knowing who is paying for what? It says .38 cents per mile. Is that the miles you drive only, or for every mile the truck is rolling on a load. Two very different numbers especially if it is a team operation.

That is the trouble with much of the PC stuff. Starts as one thing and turns into a train wreck shortly thereafter.
