    Dead head

I would ask the Fed directly. Also, there are posts in the "FedEx carrier forum" relating to the flat rate subject.

I do both as a fleet owner and it is the ending numbers that matters. In numerous cases I can tell you a flat rate out performs a percentage. It just depends.

What would war with Russia look like?

I can't say that I wonder. Most of what has been presented has been debunked. That is why decades later, we arrive at the same place. Who would gain with a alternate version? Surely Germany. No change of history on their front, and they are there. Literally.

What would war with Russia look like?

There will always be isolated conspiracies for singular events, but the overall picture has been fairly accurate. If not, it would have been disputed by Germany and others decades ago.

In this case, I think they are referring to the Fed as they went from a percentage to flat rate. As for Panther, I am not aware of any changes. Panther pays the mileage and dry run pay if a load cancels. They also cover any bonuses that were agreed to at the time of dispatch. Still not a great...

    Feinstein the crook?

And if one Senator is tied to gun running, starts to make sense with all the stalling and hiding things with the Fast and Furious scandal. Maybe there is and maybe there isn't but it opens the door to those possibilities when you see this kind of stuff going on. BTW...you forgot about the...

    Feinstein the crook?

Regardless of whether it is a email or not depends on whether there is any truth to it. I am hardly convinced with the notion that she doesn't discuss business with her husband. Like I said, reminds me of Haliburton. snopes.com: CBRE/Richard Blum and USPS Dianne Feinstein's Husband...

Has to be some kind of kickback so they can do it again.

    Feinstein the crook?

A new modern day Haliburton. The US has entered into a contract with a real estate firm to sell 56 buildings that currently house U.S. Post Offices. The government has decided it no longer needs these buildings, most of which are located on prime land in towns and cities across the country...

What would war with Russia look like?

You can't compare the numbers. You are trying to take for example Switzerland with a population of say 8 million, and trying to use that economy as a basis of argument for the US which has a population of 317 million. One doesn't have to watch any tv to know "that dog don't hunt". As mentioned...

What would war with Russia look like?

Total isolationism would effect 401's, but would only be a small byproduct of a much larger issues. Simply put, what you are or what I think you are proposing would collapse the US economy. As mentioned, that doesn't mean you support going out and killing people, but it would be naive to think...
