    Moving up...

Probably a good call. The truckload mentality focuses on quantity, not quality. I would almost have to say that a trucker would have to grow up on expedite, before they can appreciate expedite. Of course there are exceptions to that. But that mentality is still apparent in those who celebrate...

Questions in the grand scheme of things…Part 1

As far as vans are concerned, you need to look at the skill required for the job, and the resulting influx of people wanting to drive vans for that reason. Beyond that, the only thing you have to sell is yourself... and people who bid .75/mi show exactly what they think they are worth. They are...

Has anyone converted a school bus into an expeditor?

Not to mention, his nick happens to be a rock star... unless Colin himself decided to spam instead of sing.

    Hello March, where ya at

Since the beginning of this school year, I've been privy to some awesome sunrises, driving east on M59. Every color imaginable... and even some that aren't.

    Which Lane

I agree with Turtle, IF you're driving a four wheeler. In a big truck, I like to use the middle lane. We can't ride the left lane in most cities, and the right lane is too unpredictable. If it's not bumper to bumper, being in the middle lane leaves two outs. As far as impeding traffic, too bad...

Evil has a face - ok, two of them

The title of this thread has it right - evil does have two faces... the two heads on the coin that is our electoral system. Arguing about poor counties in a Republican area is like holding Detroit on a pedistal as a bastion of prosperity. While arguing about the glories our TWO party system has...

    .33 is anemic, even on a W2. On a 1099, it's .27/mi.
