I've always spec'd a "little bit" bigger than needed and not smaller. You know your market and your company, what do they think? Being a medium duty may not be what they want. Better check first?

Haven't heard anyone say better mileage. Kept injectors clean, fuel moving. Years ago we w ould gell up and be dead on side of road. I would use fuel additives for peace of mind.

I've always had great luck with Power Service additives. With the generator running your keeping fuel moving but not really warm enough to avoid gelling. A little additive goes a long way.
