Rule of thumb with this type of pager, stay in view of truck and the pager will probably work. If you go behind buildings or more than a 1/4 mile away, it will not be worth your time. Why not just rely on cell phone? Just a thought.

This in no way will effect FedEx Custom Critical. We have always had the option of refusal. We never where under direct order to pick up and deliver at a specified location...ie..UPS..DHL..Etc.
