    2007 Hino overheat problems

Well. I did other stuff since we were in there. I figure that I mite as well start replacing things since the whole top of the engine was going to be off. I would have to say about $2500-$3000.

    2007 Hino overheat problems

Mine does the same. I usually down shift to hold it in 3 or 4 gear and keep it at about 2K rpm or to the end on the green on the rpm gauge. The temperature gauge sit right before the red. I’ve had the truck for 3 years now and has always done the same thing since the head gasket was done.

i would try some break cleaner to clean in the rear part of the engine and keep checking it. An oil analysis will take about 2 weeks to come back from Wix.

    2007 Hino overheat problems

Have you checked the area again since you replaced the oil cooler o rings? That’s where my head gasket went. But my truck also goes to the red mark going up long/steep with weight on board. It usually hits The beginning of the red and stays there. The only other way you can tell if the head...

    2007 Hino overheat problems

Have you checked the head gasket? In the rear of the engine by the oil cooler was it all wet/any antifreeze present? That’s where a lot of these head gaskets give out. Does it over heat {antifreeze coming out of the radiator} or just get to the red mark in the temperature gauge? Do you have...

    Big Truck Bunk air bag

Does anyone know the make/number of the bunk airbag for a AA Sleeper. It’s the model with the 3 airbags and 4 shocks right in the middle of the rear of the sleeper. It’s on a 2007 Hino. Underneath the sleeper, not the one that is visible. Thanks in advance.

Still using big roads. No problems. If your carrier doesn’t want to use it. PTL will and there is a company out of Cleveland OH. Can’t remember the name but I’m sure someone in here works for them.

    2015 freightliner business class m2 vs. 2015 imternational 4300

That’s me!!! With the Hino with 900K. The only thing I can tell you is maintenance is a HUGE must and find a HINO only mechanic not a shop that does Hino as an extra source of income. They need to know the workings of it and the software for it. There are 2 places in OH that I’ve used when it’s...

2015 and up hino 268 med duty straight trucks

2009-2014 stay away from, they have bad burner set up. I have an 07’ pre emissions pushing 900K. With you doing 150K a year is a lot but the hardest thing about the Hino is finding people to work on them. Parts aren’t a problem, they come out of MS, but your average mechanic can’t work on these...

    Transmission light

I have the Allison 3000 and when it has happened to me. I was actually hydroplaning and the Tranny stayed in gear that I was in. I had to pull over and shut it down. Start it back up again.
