I'm curious, what gets used from raccoons and foxes? Or just getting rid of some pests?

Fur (hide) mainly .. but Prices have been Low for 30 years. I do it to help Farmers with Crop /Livestock damage due to wildlife predators. Also to help control Over Population and Spread of Diseases such as Rabies or Distemper.

At a Walmart in Ohio. You know the one. The one where everything inside is in a different place then your used to, what you need they don't have, and the person working self checkout is extremely chatty and a little nosey. Well, at least it was memorable :p

The person working self checkout was rather interestingly odd to say the least.
As I entered the area, I noticed him having quite the ongoing conversation with a customer checking out. Although, it did seem more one sided.

I went about my business, time to pay and he pops up at my station...
Hi, How are you doing today?...
Did you find everything ok?...
He grabs one of my shopping bags, looks inside and says,
"Oh, it's a blender too!" (I bought a stick blender that also had a wisk attachment)
Did you find everything ok? Yes, he asked me again.
He then proceeded to put all my bags into the shopping cart for me, while continuing to chatter on.
He had me so confused/surprised by his actions, I was fumbling to find my credit card.

Normally, I have little to no contact going through self checkout.
Hence why I like...self checkout

This was definitely a first going through self checkout.
If I had to guess, I'd say the person may have had some type of issue going on...
Or the new Walmart Hospitality self checkout program has started ;)

Sign of the times?

Of course as soon as I leave home, I get notified for a local interview if I'm still interested.

What was a first for me is there was no phone call, just a text message

I'm framiliar with the large company and was pretty surprised they would assume I would get this message via text. Funny thing, no return number given so only option is with text.

Oh well, so much for human contact
