Great Lakes Convoy another Success

Hi Everyone,

Saturday John and I joined our Expediting Community in supporting the 2nd Annual Great Lakes Convoy for the Awareness, Prevention and Cure for all Women’s Cancers.

The day was kicked off with pancakes followed by the Convoy itself crossing the Veterans Glass City Skyway, culminating in the “Rock the Lot” celebration.   We couldn’t have asked for a prettier, sunshine filled Autumn Day.

The organization was founded by Michelle Dunn and Jeanie Silk, who’ve successfully maintained the enthusiasm for the occasion with double the Sponsors from last year.   Given the fun everyone had over lunch enjoying the super band, it’s easy to see this event growing to raise more funds for the cause.

I’m sure the girls are pooped from heading up the big day, but I’m guessing shortly they’ll have some great photos to check out at www.greatlakesconvoy.com
