Winter is back

We had a friend that was lying over in Iowa and he was in a snow storm with several inches of snow on the ground.  We had been teasing him most of the winter as every where bad was predicted he took a load going there. This has happened many times this year and we really teased him that we did not want to go into any area he was heading for.  Well this past few days he was really knee deep in snow and me, I was feeling pretty confident that I was done with the snow so I started teasing him about the heat we were in and he said, "Linda I have just pointed my finger in your direction and I am sending snow your way!" I just laughed and said "Hey I am in the south and I am not worried." Famous last words as when I woke up this morning and looked out to my surprise it was snowing, cold, and the wind was blowing. Talk about learning a hard lesson; no longer will I tease him about being in cold weather and getting snow! Now both of us are heading for the same goal and I hope to heck he leaves the white stuff behind him.
