Waiting waiting waiting...
This morning while sitting in our awesome swivel seats in the front of the Caffcadia in my even more amazing Mickey Mouse flannel PJ's I watched as the world woke up.
Outside of my office window I sat as the traffic increased out on the interstate and on the side roads as people rushing through their daily commute and thought how lucky I am.
There has been the most amazing birds land on the passenger side mirror for a few moments as they rest and look out over the valley and while they rest I admire their beauty. Some of favorite sounds to wake up to are the sounds of birds chirping and the sounds of water in a stream not of a water leak....
This past week has been an extreme mixture of weather from wondering if I was going to get sunburned or if I was going to get frost bit. We were able to enjoy a break from winter while out in California, which was a great chance to get the truck cleaned inside and out. Next we found ice and snow going across Arizona and New Mexico and being shut down for awhile as accidents where cleared away. After we made it through the ice and snow we found the rain. So much for a spotless truck but we remind ourselves it is still winter.
It is nice to watch the sun come up, enjoy the sounds of the birds, and wonder where we will head next?
