My Highlights of the Expedite Expo 2014
Friday and Saturday Morning there is a PJ Fun Walk that will
start at 8 AM and we will walk approximately a mile around the convention center.
No need to get dressed up.
For those walkers that join us TA/Petro will
be giving away Ultra One Points for the fuel card.
On Friday July 25th at 11:00 am FMCSA Administrator Anne
Ferro will be speaking and will have time for questions and answers.
This is a very nice opportunity to listen and
talk with the officials that create the regulations that we live by.
The workshop will be held in Hall A and I
imagine come early if you want a chair.
There are several forums this year that will be very interesting and I will be involved with Women In Trucking workshop in Franklin Room at 12:00 PM on Saturday. As you can imagine with a panel of women the laughter can be heard down the halls. This workshop is very interactive and more of a round table discussion.

Operator " with Richard DeForest, ATBS as the moderator and also on the
panel is Tom & Tina Evans.
I like
this new format and I am sure this hour will pass very quickly and I believe
there will be knowledge to be gained.

On Saturday after the show closes is the last opportunity to relax and network before we all go our separate ways. At 5:00 pm - Cookout - Hosted by Expediters Online -- Expediters Online Hospitality Tent -- West parking lot. This is a cannot miss event - bring your lawn chairs and relax.
Out front Henry Albert will be parked with his 2013 Cascadia Evolution and his trailer. Henry has the DT12 transmission and he has made a name for himself with all that he has done with his fuel mileage with this truck. His lifetime MPG average is 9.69. Stop by and see Henry and his truck he will talk your ear off while he shows you everything that helps him to obtain his fuel mileage.
