Some of my goals are listed below and how I will achieve them:

Health - I have to improve my health in order to keep the rest of my life in line.   This year my health will become a priority.

Exercise:

I hired a personal trainer for three sessions with ideas of how to work out in the truck.   She gave me cardio and strength exercises using bands and hand weights.

Walk:

I want to walk 250 miles this year and I will do that by walking when stopped instead of sitting in front of the computer.

Food:

When eating out before ordering think and decide I do not need comfort food. My goal is to not use food as a false fix when I am getting tired or stressed.

Personal:

Become a better writer and I will do that by reading and learning better sentence structure and by slowing down and reading what I write.

Become a better speaker and I will do this by reading how to prepare talks, how to get my point across, and becoming better prepared for talks

Time management; this year is going to be exceptionally busy and I am going to have to prioritize my time and still have fun.   I have to realize I cannot do it all and I need to say No more often (even if it sounds like fun).

Business:

Continue on my goal of paying truck off early and keep making higher truck payments

Keep researching ways to cut our costs and increase our profits

Improve on my record keeping and filing

Find easier ways to get things done such as scanning and keeping track of receipts.

Keep a better handle on our expenses through our P & L's and decrease personal dead head miles on truck.

The best goal of all is to make 2013 the best year it can be!
