It's a Team's Life
Finally, it has HAPPENED!!
As I write this, we have had the Cascadia six days and have attended the Walcott Jamboree. We have spent two nights in the truck and have used the shower. What luxury to get up in the morning still in my pajamas and take a shower.
We took our pickup from our house near St Louis to Fort Wayne to pick up our Cascadia and we were loaded to the gills. Verlo made the mattress our mattress and Bob made a protective cover that he placed in the pickup so we could transport it with nothing riding on the bed. We figured we might as well take as much as we could carry so we could get that put away and figure out what we were missing.
Just about everything we took out of our old sleeper was stored in totes in our shed, and as time went on, much of that had been brought into the house. I have had an interesting time figuring out where everything will go, and I like the huge closet to hang up our clothes.
Our first addition to the exterior of the truck has been the Deflecktor Wheel Covers and from there Bob will work on our side skirts as well as a roof cap.
I created a video of my first look into the sleeper, and I will make another video once we have moved in.
