Touring Seattle
We delivered a load on Saturday in the north west. We spent the night and then decided on Sunday we were going to go and tour Seattle. We were not really sure of what we were going to do other than going to the Space Needle. Once we arrived we found parking easily. Here is a view of the needle from where we parked at.
We walked the two blocks to the needle. It wasn't too hard to find. Once there they herd you like cattle through the ticket lines. Either for the observation deck, or to the restaurant. We chose not to eat there, that we were going to try some local cuisine after we were done. We were then sent into and elevator, and the next thing you know you are 500 ft above the earth! We got out and started walking around and taking some photos.

Once I decided that I was done with the heights thing, we chose to go and tour the Pike Place Market. That was an experience in itself. Since we were just wandering, we ended up driving right down the middle of the market, trying to find the elusive RV parking. We found a place to park and started our walk. It was very different variety of items available. From flowers to fish, to drawings, and jewelry. We walked the street level, 5, of the market, and decided to stop and eat. We found ourselves and Lowell's. I had carnitas tacos and Nick had giant prawns. The food was fantastic and I couldn't even finish it all.

After dinner we headed back to the van and decided that it was time to head down the coast. We made it to the TA south of Portland OR before we stopped for the night.
