Sea Day!

I woke up not feeling overly great. Looking out of our window I started to feel quite sick. Maybe it was a combination of all of the excitement that I was finally on honeymoon, maybe it was all of the Miami Vices that I had the night before, and maybe it was the fact that we wer hauling butt across the open water. Either way, it was time to suck it up and head for breakfast. We strolled up to the Lido deck of the ship, where the buffet was. Typical breakfast buffet foods, but was still good.

We then headed to back of the ship to the "Adult"deck to try and relax. Well since it is at the back of the ship there was minimal sunlight, so I got cold quite quickly and retreated. I am a whimp. We went to a few of the seminars about shopping in Nassau. Which turned out to be huge sales pitches for jewelry and we didn't really need any of that stuff anyway, so we walked out.

Later in the afternoon we heaeded to the top deck again to watch us sailing. I ended up falling asleep covered up in my towel freezing, like usual. We headed back to the room with the intentions of getting ready for formal night, which turned into taking a nap, missing the show of the night, and the meet and greet with the Captain. That night Nick gave me my anniversary present, which I totally was not expecting. Some how he got it past me in all of the luggage that I had packed and unpacked time and time again. I was so surprised and it looked great with my dress. I really liked getting dressed up and actually felt pretty.

After dinner we headed to the comedy show, which was quite funny and raunchy. We headed to the smoking area for Nick to enjoy one of the cigars that I had bought him to bring with us, and a few glasses of Jameson. After we were done we headed back to the room so I could pack for Nassau for tomorrow.
