Negative Nancies
There have been so many negative posts about carriers, ex carriers, and other things E.O. lately, and unfortunately negativity seems to be contagious. People move from other carriers because they are not satisified. They find their niche at the new carrier, and then have a lot of negative things to say about the previous one. That is all fine and dandy for that person, they found where they are happy. Great. But the thing that people need to realize is that NOT EVERY CARRIER IS THE RIGHT ONE FOR EVERYONE ELSE.
Yes, we moved to Load1 from another carrier because we were unhappy. Yes, we do have a few negative things to say about the previous carrier, but that is OUR personal belief about it. We didn't fit there any more, but many others still do. There have been some that have come to Load1, that were not the right fit their either, and went back to their old carrier.
It is not about finding the negative in a situation, you need to look for the positive. You may have made a mistake staying somewhere too long and not leaving, or made the mistake of leaving, and finding what you had had was great. In life no one has ever made great acomplishments without some type of failure. You never know unless you try. Even if you try and it doesn't work out at least you are no left wondering what if for the rest of your life.
People need to stop being so negative towards others for their PERSONAL business decisions, and worry about their own. How can you run your business if you are so busy worrying about everyone elses?
