Mid America Truck Show

      The Mid America Truck Show is something that we look forward to every year. It seems as if it is another time of the year that expediters get together and become a little community. We all gather in the Papa John's parking lot with our secret recipes and cook up a feast to share. There are lots of good stories, little tips and tricks, and good times shared, and had by all. The days are cool and the nights can be brisk, but we bundle up in our chairs and hoodies to sit around together. We show off our trucks and vans. The new sleeper set ups and the little creature comforts that we have made for ourselves.

     The show is absolutely huge. I remember the first year that I went with Nick I kept asking him how much more is there! We have found some really good deals on some things, and others you ask yourself "What in the heck is this for?" I also like to people watch and observe human nature. Boy is this the place to do it.
